Booking
How do I book a boat in Cartagena?
Message us on WhatsApp at +57 323 370 4664 or use the quote form. We send two or three options with photos and prices; you confirm with a 50% deposit.
How far ahead should I book?
Two days to three weeks is typical. From December 15 to January 15 and during Easter week, book several weeks ahead.
How do I pay?
Only into company accounts we confirm in writing. Never into a third party's personal account.
Prices and quotes
How much is a boat charter in Cartagena?
It depends on the vessel, group size, date and the details you choose. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your date and we send a complete written quote, with photos and videos of the boat.
Is the price per person?
No. Always per boat.
What is not included?
The national park entrance fee, beach club consumption and any extras you request.
Is there a high-season surcharge?
Yes, 30% from December 15 to January 15 and during Easter week.
Sailing and weather
What are the sailing hours in Cartagena?
Smaller vessels 7:00 to 17:00, larger ones until 18:00, and night sailing inside the bay until midnight.
What if the weather is bad?
If the port authority restricts departures, we reschedule at no cost or refund your deposit.
Why are two engines required for the islands?
The port authority requires it for the Rosario and San Bernardo routes.
Boats and verification
Boat, catamaran or yacht: what's the difference?
Boat: open, 6 to 20 guests. Catamaran: two hulls, 18 to 30. Yacht: enclosed, with cabins, 8 to 20.
Are the boats verified?
Each listing states its level: Selección YatesNuevos, Operation or Directory. We review documents only in Selección.
Can I rent a private owner's yacht?
No. Recreational vessels cannot be chartered in Colombia.
Sales, management and Club
Do you sell yachts and boats?
Yes, new and used, with a brokerage contract and document review.
Do you manage owners' boats?
Yes. Our fee is 20% to 30% of what the boat earns from charters.
Does the Club take payments?
No. Only a free waiting list until the legal structure exists.
